Episode 21: Are you your own best friend? For many people it is easier to have compassion on other people. We can be quite hard on ourselves. Self-compassion is about having compassion for ourselves. It is learning to accept ourselves as we really are, while working to lovingly become better people. Many times it is the harshness towards ourselves that prevents us from moving forward and becoming the person we want to be.
